This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of vehicle programs, ensuring alignment between engineering, suppliers, regulatory compliance, production in commercial vehicle automotive industry. 

Job Requirements:-

1) Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Automotive / Industrial Engineering or other relevant courses.

2) Preferable 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, leading a project from beginning to end / delivery to clients in automotive industry.

3) Able to communicate effectively to multiple stakeholders (China's principals in Mandarin, suppliers, operation, authorities such as JPJ, PUSPAKOM, VTA).

4) Resourceful and Independent and willing to travel.

Job Descriptions:-

• Lead the development and delivery of assigned vehicle programs and fleet projects.
• Establish project scope, timeline, and key milestones and ensure cross-functional teams remain aligned to program objectives.
• Coordinate technical integration between principals, Body builder, Engineering, technical teams and Regulatory authorities (JPJ, PUSPAKOM, VTA) to ensure vehicle configuration meets technical specifications and operational requirements.
• Act as the primary interface between the company and Principals, Local/ International body builders, Equipment suppliers to ensure production specifications, technical drawings, and component requirements are clearly communicated and approved.
• Oversee preparation and submission of documents required for Vehicle type approvals, PUSPAKOM inspections and Registration requirements.
• Track and monitor overall vehicle program cost including superstructure fabrication, additional equipment and modifications, Logistics and inspection costs.
• Identify cost risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor production progress and ensure vehicles are completed according to schedule.
• Provide regular updates to management on project status report and updates.
