Job Description:

Our client involved in manufacturing and assembling of commercial vehicles (e.g., trucks, buses, commercial vehicles, fleet solutions).

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing strategic relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, government agencies, and corporate clients. The role focuses on managing large accounts, expanding market share, and delivering commercial vehicle solutions aligned with customer operational needs.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Automotive, or related field.
  • >5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing in automotive industry with proven track record managing large fleet customers or corporate accounts.
  • Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiations and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and dealers.



Key Responsibilities

1) Build and maintain long-term relationships with key fleet customers and corporate clients.

2) Provide guidance to team members, execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual revenue and volume targets.

3) Identify new business opportunities in fleet, logistics, construction, and transportation sectors.

4) Expand market share in the commercial vehicle segment.

5) Manage major accounts including logistics/ construction companies, government agencies, and large fleet operators.

6) Lead and manage contract negotiations for contracts, tenders and commercial agreements.

7) Coordinate with aftersales, service, finance, and logistics teams to support clients.

8) Work closely with dealer networks in China and distributors in Malaysia.
