Job Description:

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (SPM also welcome to apply)

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant working experience preferred

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping

• Knowledge of Malaysia e-Invoice implementation and LHDN requirements is an advantage

• Familiar with accounting software such as ABSS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and etc)

• Good organizational, multitasking, and communication skills with strong attention to details.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Role

• Handle daily office administration and operational support

• Maintain filing systems, company records, and documentation

• Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors/suppliers

• Support HR administrative matters such as attendance and leave records

• Arrange logistics and delivery coordination for samples and documents, including booking courier services such as Lalamove


Accounting Role

• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Prepare invoices, delivery order and journal entries

• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate accounting records

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports

• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up on collections

• Support audit, tax, and statutory compliance activities

• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial documents

• Submit e-Invoices to the MyInvois portal in compliance with LHDN requirements

• To prepare payroll and submit statutory payment like EPF,SOCSO, EIS & PCB
